Jason Phillips is the Director of Application Development at Gaia Herbs, Inc. He leads a skilled team in software application development, implementation, and optimization. Jason began at Gaia in a Project Management role over five years ago and lead the initial IFS implementation projects from inception to completion. Throughout his IT career he has worn many hats including Oracle Developer, Business Analyst and Technical lead. He is very grateful to have had the opportunity to travel all over the world in these roles.
