Prior to MuleSoft, Ian spent over nine years at Capgemini in various technical leadership roles, including most recently as vice president of DevOps transformation with HSBC Digital Services. Ian led a global program to transform IT service delivery within HSBC’s Digital Services group and evolved the adoption of DevOps across the entire organization. Additionally at Capgemini, Ian served as vice president of software engineering, vice president of global delivery with Unilever, and vice president of Digital UK. Ian is a Chartered IT Professional and is a member of the Organization and Employers Board of the BCS.
