Barbara Larson is chief financial officer at Workday, responsible for accounting, business finance, investor relations, tax, and treasury in addition to advising on Workday business strategy and product development. Since joining Workday in 2014, Barbara has held several leadership positions across the company’s finance and product organizations.

Most recently she served as senior vice president of accounting, tax, and treasury, and prior to that was general manager of Workday Financial Management, where she oversaw Workday Financial Management applications. Prior to joining Workday, Barbara held various leadership roles in corporate finance spanning more than 20 years at VMware, TIBCO Software, and Symantec.

Barbara holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with an emphasis in accounting and finance from the University of Arizona.
